Miranda is the name of an old seigneury near Noyan, which is where the cheese factory is located. It is a firm cheese with a washed rind, rosé copper color and firm texture. This wonderful cheese has a scent of nuts and wet straw. Its salty taste has nuances of slightly spicy nuts. It is refined for 6 months.
